After graduating with first class Honors from IIT Bombay- He successfully started and established a manufacturing set up in the injection blow molding plastic packaging industry. He later shifted focus to the family business in paper and took the business to the next level gaining both domestic & global recognition for innovation in new products and sales records.
Working with zeal and relentless effort to become the top packaging manufacturer in India in the pharmaceutical & food segment.
Graduating in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, he proceeded to do a MBA from one of the most reputed universities in USA. After finishing studies he started work with P & O Nedlloyd (now known as Maersk Line) as a business strategy manager and was responsible for the business divisions in North America, U.K & Australia during his stint. In 2004 with a vision and strong determination he set forth his own venture Neelam Global Pvt. Ltd. for the supply & manufacture for pharmaceutical packaging solutions for exports and slowly graduated to building manufacturing facilities to support the exports divisions.
He started early in the family business by working part-time during his graduation studies itself. After graduating in commerce from Mumbai University he officially joined the organization taking care of all the operational decisions and productions of the company.
Presently he looks after the paper business of the group with additional responsibility of new investments and strategies for the next phase growth in NGPACKTM.
A management post graduate in supply chain with more than 7 years’ experience in flexible packaging business operation. He has an aggregated 20 + years of experience in the printing industry. Proactive, knowledgeable, growth oriented and with a Customer First Approach, he is spearheading the operation with a young dedicated Team.
He has long involvement in productivity enhancement through scientific ways of process improvement. A long career in printing industry with a designing background has given him extra edge for value addition like Aesthetics and anti counterfeit development.
A diploma in Packaging Development, his core expertise area is Quality Management. He has an experience of more than seven years in plant administration. He is young, energetic and looking after the plant operations with a Quality First Approach. His involvement in different quality oriented seminars and training module in his previous experiences has given him a niche capability to match customer oriented service with BEST QUALITY approach.
A strong administrator, he leads from front in the plant activities.
